If you live in Knutsford, work in Knutsford or are involved with the community of Knutsford in any way, you can become a Local Connector.

The more people there are out there that know what support is available, the more we can help each other as a community.  Local Connectors are members of the community who signpost and inform friends, family, colleagues, and neighbours about how to access support groups, services and information that might help improve their health and wellbeing and get them the help they need.

We’re not asking for a regular commitment or adding another job to your already busy day.  It is simply about having the confidence to tell someone that support is available for them.
